St Peter's Pictures
The village of Forsbrook has a long history, but the village had no parish church until the middle of the 19th century
when St Peter’s Church was built using funds raised by public subscription. It is the late date at which the church was built that accounts for its location in Blythe Bridge rather than in Forsbrook itself.
This view is of the church from the war memorial in the church car park.
Interior of St Peter’s Church. Chairs have replaced the pews to improve comfort and enable flexible use of the nave.
Detail of the altar.
The choir stalls - in regular use for the majority of services - can be seen on either side of the chancel.
